Freestyle vs Race BMX Bikes
16th October 2014
In this video, we cover some very basic differences between street and race BMX bikes. This clip is intended for anyone who is new to BMX racing and has limited knowledge of BMX bikes. We don't get all 'technical' in our explanations, we've kept it simple to make it easy for non-BMX people to understand.

Club Night - 9th Sept 2012
9th September 2012
Our first club night of the season was held on Sunday the 9th September 2012. Despite the weather having been really bad prior to the meeting, it miraculously cleared up for us, then rained just after we'd finished!
TV One Breakfast Show
9th August 2012
New Zealand's TV One Breakfast show filmed their "roving weather guy" segments at Waitakere BMX track on the 9th August 2012. Some of our club riders braved a horrible morning and came on out to the track to provide a bit of entertainment for the show. The show's host, Tamati Coffey, was a good sport and tried a BMX on track. Thankfully he survived unscathed. A lot of fun was had by everyone.
Club Night - 6th October 2011
6th October 2011
Fun from the second Waitakere BMX club night of the 2011/2012 New Zealand BMX racing season. Special thanks to all those who volunteered to help for the night and also to those riders who ran with the bike mounted camera.
